What happens without a connection?
The app keeps every answer, photo and video on the phone and sends them as soon as it is back online. Nothing is lost.
How do workers sign in?
With the organisation code, a username and a PIN. No email or phone number is needed, and a manager can reset the PIN at any time.
Where are photos and videos stored?
In your organisation's own storage. Files are shown only to users with permission, through time-limited links.
Which languages are available?
Azerbaijani, English and Russian, on the web and in the mobile app. Each user picks their own.
